Getting into the spirit of Spring...

Spring is most certainly in the air; the daffodils are out, the temperature's warming up and the Spring Equinox is just around the corner...

On Saturday the 20th of March, the sun will rise exactly due East and will set exactly due West. As the equator lines up with the centre of the sun, the duration of day and night are almost exactly the same.

Traditionally, this time of year has been associated with rebirth. With lockdown easing on the horizon, and the rule of six coming into play at the end of the month, it certainly feels like better times are ahead.

We'll be celebrating with a bottle of our Rosé cider, which just so happens to feature in this month's Great British Food magazine 😉
